"I have watched "The Grand Phases of the Soul Documentary" the other day and was again amazed by the collaboration of work between Marilynn and Brian! It is AMAZING work! I I strongly recommend everyone to watch it. I am so glad that this is released in this timing... so much confusion and turmoil all over the will take you to the spiritual journey as you watch and will answer the question as to why we are here NOW." - Mari Tang, San Francisco, CA, USA

Peter Noyoudont, Hungary - "I just watched 'The Grand Phases of the Soul.' It's wonderful and overwhelming. For me currently, too much and too big. I hope the described concepts in your movie to be inevitable (for a soul seeking purification.I need your help. You mentioned to preferably start meditating daily for three hours. I would love to do that, but I am overwhelmed with information about HOW to meditate. You did mention the meditation method of Edgar Cayce. I am familiar with many different meditation approaches. I humbly and kindly as for your guidance; which specific method of meditation would you recommend to prepare myself to purification and best prepare for an OBE as a means through which I may find my true purpose?  I understand that every soul responds different to different methods, I am looking for an easiest to follow method to meditate for three hours. I really don't mean to intrude, but I feel very lost and feel that I need basic and unmistakable instruction. Please point me to the simplest meditation method that may prepare me to out of body travel. I thank you for your patience ❤." (Marilynn's reply - I always suggest utilizing a basic mindfulness meditation approach, which is very simple. Focus on your breathing, on your breath - in and out, in and out - allow the thoughts which come to your mind to simply fall away. Try to quiet your thinking, but when thoughts arise, do not worry about or entertain them, let them simply come and go, rise and fall, as the ocean waves. THEN, this is very important, be very prepared for your meditations to be a true practice, which means they will require discipline, repetition and work. DO NOT expect anything to happen within them, but be grateful if you are able to experience relaxation and quiet for the time given. Don't expect to have experiences or grand epiphanies, expect absolutely nothing, for this is a PRACTICE. Fruits will come of this practice, but the practice remains just that, a discipline that you will develop over time. I often utilize in my own meditation periods music. Sometimes I use liturgical chants, other religious chants and recitations of holy scriptures . . . but most often I have found a great deal of progress (in my meditation practice) comes to me personally from utilizing tracks of natural sounds like rain, desert, mountains, brooks, streams, thunderstorms, etc. over time. I hope this is helpful. Keep the meditation simple. Quiet your mind, Focus on your breath. Let your thoughts rise and fall away.)
